Lizzy McNaney-Juster. International Mortgage Officer.

Lizzy came over from Nottingham, England in July 2004 to marry her former Marine, husband Lawrence. She has been actively involved in the finance sector in England in various roles for over 20 years. Working with the Armed Forces in UK, providing them with financial instruction for 9 years, Experian as part of their Credit Reference team for 5 years, and finally Halifax Bank PLC (a major high street bank in England), working as a Mortgage Advisor/Investment planner.

Ensuring that correct foundations and structure are in place, she hopes that no mortgage/finance deal should be a problem and will endeavor to find only a solution to any dilemma you are facing.

Armed with the full British accent and charm, don’t be deceived by that smile, she will try to make sure that the deal or mortgage you are wanting, is achievable and obtainable.

Maryann Maureau - International Mortgage Coordinator.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Maryann relocated to Colorado in 1993. A single Mom blessed with a son Justin, a daughter Frances and grand-daughter, 2 year old Kayla.

For 28 years, Maryann was involved with Globus & Cosmos, one of the world’s largest tour operators over seeing the finance department as the Executive Director. Widely traveled particularly enjoying the British and European countries.

In 2000, Maryann changed direction and became actively involved with the mortgage industry. Working her way through the different sections of the loan process, she is now the “star” loan coordinator and is able to place the “New Arrival” applications quickly and with precision.

She truly believes that as long as you believe in yourself, you can achieve anything and as a personal quote “Failure is not an option”. She is extremely tenacious, honest and acts with integrity in all situations. Along the way becoming friends with many of the clients.
